We will do a trademark search with the official CNIPA to see if your word mark has already been registered or if it’s familiar with another. An experienced English speaking attorney will contact you by email. Price includes the search fee, our fees and attorney's fee to file the trademark application & follow the application, and the official fee paid to the Trademark Office of China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).

You will have direct contact with the attorney. The trademark application is for one class of products or services and registering up to 10 items of goods/services.
