Does option 2 include the trademark application cost with the attorney?
Yes, this is the total you pay for our fees and attorney fees in regards to the trademark application.
Do I really need to trademark?
Unfortunately, yes. China uses a first to file system. Otherwise someone else will trademark your brand and block you entering the China market and then they will demand a large payment to sell it back to you. It’s not worth the risk.
How do I pay?
You can pay at checkout using Visa, MasterCard, Union pay, Stripe, etc. Or if you like you can also do a bank transfer. Please contact us for bank transfer.
Can I trust the Chinese attorney?
Absolutely yes! That’s why we work with them and why we are here for you. We only work with honest, trustworthy and experienced attorneys.
Will my application be successful?
If your brand has a unique name and has not already been registered then there’s no reason why it would be rejected.
Is it best to register in different classes?
This will give you more protection. But it really depends on your brand and product. For clothing class 25 it’s best to register different types of clothing and baby wear for extra protection.
Does China use different Nice classes to the West?
Yes. But do not worry the attorney and we can guide you with this process.
Can I submit my logo and word mark together?
Yes. We encourage both in the application for more protection.
Which option do you recommend?
Option 2 works out cheaper and easier for you. You will get trademark search done for you and an attorney assigned to you.

We are based in UK. We work with clients worldwide: North America; Latin America; South America; Europe; Africa: Australasia; and UK!
Which option is better 2 or 3?
They are both fine. But option 3 we will be working on your behalf with the lawyer. Basically if you don’t want to get involved with the process and just concentrate on your business then option 3 is for you. If you are start up or individual or SME then option 2 fine.
I’m unsure what classes to register for my brand?
Do not worry we can help you with that. Also the attorney will help you with this, too. Just tell us in the comments during the services option page about your brand and products and we let you know the suitable classes for your brand.
Is option 3 the full price for the application, and no hidden charges?
Yes. This will pay for our service fee, and the attorney, and the full trademark application.
